Joseph Harris
Pastor and Founder of a non-denomination church. He has volunteered and worked in several organizations within the community, such as prison ministry, and provides counseling to wounded Vets and spouses. With over 25 years of experience as an enlisted service member, Mr. Harris completed a Master's Degree in Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Government. He is also an author of five Christian self-help books. He is serving and helping others through a true calling and passion.
Patricia Fasono, Ph.D
Dr. Fasano obtained her Ph.D. in School Psychology in 2012. She also possesses a Master's Degree in Spanish, Social Work, and Pastoral Counseling. Dr. Fasano is a prior military service member serving in the US Army for several years. Consequently, she became a Spanish Instructor and a Guidance Counselor for KISD and an Adjunct Professor for CTC. Dr. Fasano wrote seven textbooks (in Spanish/English) while working as an Assistant Professor for Wesleyan University for more than a decade. Dr. Fasano specialty is working with at risk bilingual youth facing pregnancy, eating disorders, and physical and emotional abuse.
Carolyn D. Purnell
Knowledgeable in accounting with fifteen years of experience in accounting. Attained a Bachelor's in Business Administration for Accounting, Ms.Purnell is exceptionally familiar with accounting stemming from fifteen years of experience in the field. She is currently employed as an accountant for the VA and serving on the finance committee at Greater Vision Community Church of Killeen, Texas. A love of volunteering and making a difference in the lives of young individuals.
Charlene Pride RN
Charlene is very involved in the community and is passionate about helping people. Charlene currently works as a Registered Nurse. She is a compassionate woman of character who dedicates herself to serving others. Experienced in presenting and facilitating educational workshops on stress management, mentor training, budgeting, and finance classes. Charlene is a pathfinder whose impact is most evident in the lives of the youth that she mentors. Her infectious can-do spirit, determination, and unfailing support to her mentees have been essential to helping them believe in themselves and their ability to overcome seemingly insurmountable obstacles. Charlene continues to help young people overcome numerous personal challenges, from graduating high school to successful college entry applications, processing to go to the military, or other vocations. In addition to her mentor/volunteer efforts with Transforming Life Center, she also supports local high school community/students liaisons. Charlene is also a US Army Veteran who has incorporated community service into her life while continuing to excel as an Operating Room Nurse. Charlene’s passion as a community servant leader continues to grow, and her drive pushes her to find more ways to make a more significant impact!
Integrative Wellness & Life Coach
Patricia is a poet, minister, author, and certified life coach. She is an avid volunteer faith counselor for female inmates at Bell County Jail. Patricia also dedicates time to volunteering at local nursing homes and working with youth in several ways. Passionate about empowering women to recognize their true identity and live according to their purpose. Patricia is a member of Balanced Believers Ministries of Central Texas, a mother of three adult children, and a loving grandmother of three.
